Q. Is MyMenu a meal assembly concept like Dinner By Design?
A. No! MyMenu is a retail grocer specializing in flash frozen products. With five stores in Madison, WI and three stores in Ft Wayne, IN. MyMenu stands apart from traditional grocers by having only ONE convenient aisle filled with hundreds of the highest quality frozen foods that you can quickly and easily prepare in your own kitchen.   MyMenu also specializes in customer service!  Our certified product consultant’s are always available to discuss your meal plans, share recipes or even entertaining tips with you any time.  

Q. What does it mean that MyMenu products are "flash frozen"?
A. Flash freezing is a process that preserves the made-from-scratch flavor of MyMenu products. Here's how it works. All meats, fish, fruits and vegetables contain a high proportion of water. A home freezer gradually freezes this water to form large ice crystals that pierce the cell walls of the food. Upon thawing, the food often becomes soft and mushy. However, flash freezing chills food at extremely low temperatures, within a couple of minutes, thereby preventing the formation of large ice crystals. It also preserves the natural texture and flavor of MyMenu food and, during cooking, all the great taste is allowed to come through.

Q. Does MyMenu only sell convenience foods such as pizza or lasagna?
A. Absolutely not! MyMenu is proud to offer over 300 high quality products in one convenient aisle.  MyMenu is certainly proud of our meals made easy selection that includes a nice variety of family size & single serve entree’s but MyMenu also offers products from almost every grocery category to include: Seafood, Beef, Pork, Chicken, Veggies, Fruits, Starches, Appetizers & Desserts that can be served alone or can be easily used to make your favorite recipes from scratch.

Q. Does MyMenu have products that are low in fat?
A. Yes, MyMenu carries many products that are lower in fat and are suitable for fat-reduced diets. Some of these products include: Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Haddock or Sole Fillets, Pork Tenderloin, and a wide assortment of vegetables.

Q. What does it mean if a product is "Exclusive to MyMenu"?
A. This means that only MyMenu sells this product and it is not available through any other retailer. We're constantly working with suppliers to create new and innovative products to bring to our customers.

Q. How long can I keep MyMenu products in my freezer?
A. The shelf life of each of our products will vary. To find the shelf life of a product, simply speak with one of our Product Consultants next time you're in the store.

Q. Can I microwave or barbecue a product even though it's not recommended on the package?
A. For best results, we suggest you follow the instructions on the package. We've thoroughly tested all of our cooking methods to ensure you'll be happy with the finished product. However, if you've tried an alternative cooking method that has worked well for you please tell us. We'd love to hear about it.

Q. Do you have the nutritional information of your products somewhere on your website?
A. Simply visit the Product section of our website. Once there, simply click on the category and then the product that you want to see, and look for the Nutrition and Allergen Information heading.

Q. How do I become a MyMenu Rewards Customer?
A. Becoming a MyMenu Rewards Customer is FREE, QUICK and EASY. Simply visit your nearest MyMenu location to receive your Rewards card and keytag. Click here to print the Rewards application and fill it out ahead of time. To find the location nearest you, visit the Store Locator.

By presenting your MyMenu Rewards card each time you make a purchase, you'll automatically take advantage of special flyer savings and exclusive MyMenu Rewards customer promotions and coupons. Give us your email address and you'll also receive the MyMenu eNewsletter and eFlyer delivered right to your Inbox.

Q. How do I change personal information (address, telephone number, email address) for my MyMenu Rewards card?
A. To update your name, address, telephone number or email address on your Rewards card, please send an email to rewards@mymenustores.com. In this email, please remember to include your name, MyMenu Rewards number (or the telephone number you registered with for your card) along with your new complete address, telephone number (with area code) and email address (if applicable).

Or, the next time you visit your local MyMenu location, our staff would be happy to update your information for you.

Q. How do I redeem my MyMenu points?
A. We do not offer points to our customers, but rather we reward our MyMenu Rewards Customers with exclusive savings, coupons and promotions just for shopping in our store. For example, we have seasonal promotions during which MyMenu Customers have a chance to receive a great reward based on their purchases during a designated time period.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network and American Express at all of our locations.

Q. Do you accept EBT?
A. Absolutely! We welcome customers using EBT.
