| Donation and Sponsorship Requests |

Due to the number of charitable donation requests that we receive each day, the MyMenu donation guidelines are as follows:
We require a minimum of 8 weeks notice in which to consider all donation requests, as our Corporate Donations Committee meets only once per month to review the many charitable requests that we receive during that period.
To send in your donation or sponsorship request, please contact us at one of the following:

When sending in a donation or sponsorship request, please ensure that your email or mail request contains the following:
• the charitable organization you represent
• who/what the proceeds of the event will support
• the date of the event
• contact information and mailing address
• the type of donation you are requesting and the amount (ie. food, check, auction item, advertising, gift card, etc.)
• when the donation is required
